Özet
Kur’ân, Allah kelamı olup içeriği ile başta inanç olmak üzere, sosyal hayatın
her alanında siyasi, hukuki ve ahlaki prensipleriyle insanlığın dünya
ve ahiret mutluluğuna ait değerler sunar. Bunlar Rabbani kaynaklı olması
hasebiyle insanlığın ulaşabileceği en zengin değerlerdir.
Örnek olarak zikredecek olursak bunlar mahiyeti açısından insan fıtratına
en uygun, en kuşatıcı, en sosyal, en gerçekçi, en ilmî, en pozitif ve bir
o kadar da evrensel özelliklidirler.
Elinizdeki bu çalışma Kur’ân içeriğinin karakteristik yapı taşları sayılan
parametreleri ortaya koymaya çalışmaktadır. Her birisi ayrı önem taşıyan
bu ölçüler bilinmeksizin Kur’ân’ın ele aldığı konuların sağlıklı anlaşılması
mümkün değildir.

Abstract
The Qur’an is the word of God. With its contents offers the values of
the world and the Hereafter happiness for Humanity; at first the faith and
in all areas of social life political, legal and moral principles. Due to the
divine origin rules they are the richest value of humanity.
An example would be to say, these features are most appropriate to human
nature, encompassing everything, most social, realistic, the scientific,
most positive and also universal, thats all in terms of content of the Qur’an.
Therefore, this study is tries to reveal the content of the Qur’an characteristic
parameters considered building blocks. And without knowing these
important dimensions It is not possible to understand the issues
