İslâm Medeniyeti, Osmanlı pratiğinin çöktüğü ve devlet boyutundaki temsilini yitirdiği
yeni bir döneme girmiştir. Batı medeniyeti ise, yükselişe geçip, Avrupa’dan başlayıp
bütün dünyaya yayılarak küresel boyutta bir temsile ulaşmıştır. Bu tarihsel bağlamda
gelişen İslâm ve Batı algısı, değişimin rotasını, Batı’ya çevirmiştir. Yol ayrımı için
verilebilecek en uygun tarih 1919 yılıdır. Rüyada Bir hitabe 1919 yılında vaki olmuştur.

Abstract
Islamic civilization enters a new area where the Ottoman practice collapses
and loses its representation at the state level. As for the Western
civilization, it develops and starting from Europe spreads all over the world
and reaches a representation at the universal dimension. The perceptions of
Islam and the West developing in this historical context changes its direction
to the West. The most appropriate date for the parting of the ways is
the year 1919. An Address in Dream takes place in 1919 and the road map
