İslâmiyet Bağlamında Yoksulluk ve Kalkınma İlişkisi – Dr. Murat Arslan
Özet
Özellikle gelişmiş ülkelerde yaşanan kötü çalışma şartları, toplumun
genel refah düzeyinin düşmesine ve akabinde halkın giderek
fakirleşmesine ve alım güçlerinin azalmasına yol açmaktadır.
Dünya gündemine oturan yoksulluğun aslında yüz yıla yakındır
dünyanın sessiz çığlıkları olduğu ve kâinatı inleten boyutlara ulaştığı
açıktır. Sosyal araştırmacılar yoksulluk belasının baş müsebbibi
olarak güçlünün fakiri ezdiği yeni sömürü temelli dünya düzenini
göstermektedirler. Haklılık payları vardır. Bu beladan kurtulmak
mümkün değil midir? Mümkündür. İşte bu sorunun cevabı çalışmada
İslâm dininin temel kaynakları olan ayet, hadis ve tefsir bağlamında
tetkik edilmiştir. Ayrıca bu kaynaklarda geçen yoksulluğa
ait reçetelerin geçerliliği, ilgili literatürle desteklenmiştir. Çalışma
iyi incelenirse, yoksulluk belası ile ilgili İslâmî kaynaklarda sunulan
reçeteleri uygulayan toplumların nasıl refaha ulaşabildikleri
anlaşılabilir.

Abstract
It is obvious that the poor working conditions in the developed countries,
the general welfare of the society is decreasing and the people are gradually
getting poorer and the purchasing power is decreasing and the poverty
which is sitting on the agenda of the World is actually close to a hundred
years. The World is silent but its cries reach universe dimensions. Social researchers
demonstrate a new exploitation based World order, where the power
of poverty as a chief poverty rushes. There are rights to justice, but is
it not possible to get rid of it? It is possible that the answer to this question
has been examined in the context of the Ayat, Hadis and Tafsir, the basic
sources of Islamic religion. In addition, the validity of prescriptions for
poverty in these sources was supported by relevant literature. If the study
is well studied, it can be understood how societies implementing prescriptions
offered in Islamic sources related to the poverty catastrophe can reach
refinement.
