Özet
Adalet, kainatın her yerine nüfuz eden, kainattaki bütün ilişkilere
şekil veren bir hakikattir. Hakem ve Adl, Allah’ın büyük isimlerindendir
ve Peygamberler eliyle insanlığa tebliğ edilen vahyin özü
de adalet hakkındadır. Kur’an’ın da dört ana konusundan biri adalettir.
Bu yazıda Allah’ın adaletinin işaret ettiklerinden yola çıkılarak
bizim hukukumuz ve adalet anlayışımız sorgulanmakta, hakiki
adaletin izleri sunulmaktadır.

Abstract
Justice is a reality that permeates every part of the universe and shapes
all relationships in the universe. “The Just and The Fair” are in the wellknown
major names of Allah, and the essence of the divine inspiration
which is communicated to man by the Prophets is about justice. One of the
four main themes of the Qur’an is justice. In this article, we are questioning
our understanding of our law and justice, starting from the ones pointed
out by Allah’s (the holy and unique God’s) justice, and also we are showing
the traces of true justice.
